A supply chain diagram should identify all entities that are involved in the sourcing of ingredients/seed and the manufacturing/producing, cleaning, packaging, transporting, and sale of organic product. Every entity in your supply chain diagram should be included in worksheets H3.3, H3.4, H3.5, or the supply chain matrix.
